Our Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return items within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused with all the labels and unwashed.

Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.

Items can be returned outside the 14 day period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

Certain items cannot be returned, for example, for hygiene reasons. Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

For items purchased in the sale, we will refund or credit to the purchase value at the time of sale.

Card payment refunds will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.

Were the total order is returned, standard postage where applicable will also be refunded. Any additional or special postal services, ie special delivery charges are exempt and will not be refunded,

As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we would advise you to return items by registered post.

Please note that the postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

 

How To Return Your Order

Please follow the instructions below. If you have any questions or issues please contact us.

Fill in the returns form that came with your order, including the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details.

We request that you return any unwanted item’s as soon as possible but within 14 days of placing your order. Any returns received back after the 14 day period are accepted at the sole discretion of Petticote Layne Ltd.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item to our store.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified within 48 hours via email with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligible for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned within the 14 days returns policy without an order number may not be able to be refunded.

All communication regarding orders must be via email and not through social media channels.
